Clean Speed Engineering, LLC is a precision fabrication shop located in Mesa, Arizona. We cater towards a smaller customer base, and provide that base exceptional customer service. We can provide response times that the majority of shops are not capable of. We accomplish this by using an automated, paperless system, a flexible labor pool and a mixture of retail and commercial business.
Step 1 – Request for Quote
We prefer to receive your information electronically, but we can work from hard documents. Please include a model file (we are equipped to handle most native formats as well as translation types), a drawing file if necessary and required quantities. We will respond to your request with price and lead time within 24 hours of receipt. Click here to send an RFQ.
Step 2 – Programming
Upon receipt of your order the job is logged in a master schedule that is based on work area loading. Your model file will be imported directly into our CAM system for programming. The program is generated along with a build file (example) and an inspection file (example) and sent to the PC at the work area.
Step 3 - Machining
The program is sent to the CNC machine from the work area PC. The machine is set-up using the information on the build-file. Material is pulled from inventory, which has been automatically updated through the database and will trigger re-order. If any changes are required to the program or build file the person running the part will update them and save as the next revision level. The files are then sent back to the control station for review and storage. Critical dimensions are checked at the machine.
Step 4 – Inspection
After machining the parts are inspected per the inspection file. The inspection sheet is completed and e-mailed to you.
Step 5 – Shipping
Your part will be packaged and shipped based on information included on the inspection sheet.
